PECULIAR OBJECTS IN STOOLS

I recently encountered a peculiar case regarding passing of some objects in stools. Here are the details: M/65 yrs, b/l diabetic, HTN, on medication, carried a container with a specimen which he said, he has been passing in his stools since last 2 yrs, on and off, randomly, averaging 3 to 4 per week. The object resembles a ripe neem fruit, without the external yellow skin.but a little bigger in size. It looks translucent, soft. Pt is presenting no other health complaints except the occasional weakness. U/s abdomen is normal on 3 separate occasions, lab study of the specimen only recognised it as a soft vegetable material, with red, yellow, greyish particles in between. Pt. gives a history of his family members poisoning him with unknown material in his food for around 3-4 months, after which he was hospitalised with severe stomach pain, weakness, coma for 2 days. Recovered fully, but has been passing these in stools since then. Has passed around 60 of these in the last 75 days. C/o occasional constipation & bleeding. Have given 1 virechan with nimbamrutadi castoroil. No special occurence was seen.
Any diagnoses & suggestions my dear friends?.......
