This case study highlights the importance of SPOT DIAGNOSIS...the word spot diagnosis can be understood in two ways...1.to ascertain the possibilities of treatment at first glance 2.and to know the limitations of the treatment...because in private practice it matters a lot….once you know the exact condition and the underlying disease...You can either treat the patient or refer him to a better a place…in this very case there was something more to share with all of you…
2 years back as usual when I was attending my Ano-rectal OPD on Tuesday, One middle aged man, age-49,(He was an Odissi dancer) came to me along with one of my friends (My lady friend works for CGHS)..and his complaint was itching at the anal region and occasional bleeding…..without any pain..Otherwise he was looking hale and healthy….
