greetings of the day. hope you all are enjoying rains with hot and cold weather.
i want to discuss one case of mine here.this is a 28 year old boy almost without any virtual problem of normal built and height. he was working in some printing shop eralier. almost an year back there was soem clicking sound in his left forearm and he felt sudden weakness in hand but ignored and continued working after that condition worsened.now for last one year he is not able to use his left hand fingers individually.like loss of fine movement and coordination. only index finger and thumb can work but rest of fingers will open up together and close together. grip is also weak.it may happen coz of over use of fingers as he must be turning lots of pages in day.[?]rest motions, tongue and all fine.
apart from this when he approached me around 15 days back he was having ant crawling sensation on particular spot on back and numbness on upper lateral rt leg.....
