want to discuss one case of lichen. this is a 55 years old man apparently quite healthy with perfect weight and other parameters.
he is suffering from this problem off and on since few years. every time he is on allopathy med and steroids locally and some times internally too and he is fine.
this happens once or twice in year now this year since February he had attack again and this time whole scalp and face was affected and turned black. he responded well to conventional treatment and it is slightly better now.
he is constipated many a times apart from this some times suffering from acidity too. he has cheek bite type of lesions on buccal mucosa.
hair loss is there on scalp at lesions site. i started kaishore guggulu manjhishthadi kashayam, erimedadi tailam gandush trifala gargles along with sarswatarishta for 1 week initially.
there is no itching on lesions no ooozing too.
i find it more vataj. wat all of u suggest?.....
