HYPERKERATOSIS

patient aged 50 complaints when ever there is change of weather skin of his hands gets thick and parched and bleed and takes long to heal. it is painful. you can lift the parched skin which is dead but in process of lifting the edges get eroded and bleed . the thick skin has raised margins and centre id dipped below normal level. no other complaint. he is having controlled hypertension. suggest treatment........
