EPILEPSY

hello! doctors, thanks a lot for replying to my cases, here is one more case.
as i m not a very experienced vaidya yet so i need u'r suggestion to give best possible treatment.
age- 28 / M
diagnosis- epilepsy
episodes of fits - only 2
1st fit in 2004 he felt uncouncious ( tute hue tad ke saman ) and 2nd episode in 2009 same way but this time with all symptoms of fits eg left side of body was shaking,froth from mouth,uncouncious for about 5 min, got angry after wards,doesn't remmember abt that time, etc.
he is under a NEUROLOGIST,taking allopathic medicine since 1 year 
i.e OLEPTAL OD 600 1BD
(oxycarbezepamine)
& is told to continue the med for 1 more year.
MRI- NORMAL
EEG- was also done in 2009 when he had fit,,minor problem was seen in that.
nature- patient is very sensitive character, before the fit he was in severe tension & couldn't sleep & eat for 2-3 days.
now he came to me to take better treatment as he says he doesn't have any problem.
i at present suggested him to start pranayam especialy BHRAMRI. 
but i want to know that can it be possible that epilesy can start so late at the age of 25yrs???????..........
