CHRONIC RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

Im having a patient aged about 37female.she is suffering from rheumatoid arthritis since many years.Onset is chronic.no family history mother of 2 childrens grown up had one abortion too in between 2 childrens with severe bleeding she gives me history like this.seems like having combination of osteoporosis anaemia and slight osteoporosis too.She was on allopathic medicines was on analgesics streoids etc from an orthopaedician.and long back she got bedridden too for the same for a period of one year.at that time also she was on modern medicine.after recovery she was okay for another one year.but again since few days she has got attack.she came to me ihave put her on hingwatak churna,. simhanada guggul, amritha bhallataka rasayana, rasna erandadi kashaya, valuka sweda bd for 7 days and yogic postures too.she has not yet started valuka sweda and yoga coz she has got a pain in her chest and back esp at ribcage region and spine at first ithought it as gastritis and treated but she couldnt get a reliefe.later igave her a steroid and analgesic so that she can get a quik reliefe and can continue and follow our medicine she got slight reliefe but not much?iam worried what to do now and she is on voveran tab daily 75mg hs on her own from past month.ihad told her to taper she is trying to taper it.what else ican do to reduce her symptoms please guide me friends.....
