BROWNISH COLOURED PIGMENTATION OVER CHEEKS

patient aged about 52yrs female, complains of brownish patches on the cheeks and bridge of the nose sine 7 month(melasma)it is gradually increasing.
history of hystrectomy 2yrs back.
