ANKYLOSING SPONDYLITIS

Respected doctors,
i got a patient age 30,male,with ankylosing spondylitis. since 2 months,his complaints are:sever low back pain and stiffness (in sacroillaic jt.) ,pain in rt hip joint, lt shoulder jt.and swelling and pain in rt big toe.
he also has stiffness and pain in mandibular jt (difficulty in opening mouth hence unable to chew food).
mild fever persisting.
there is no abnormality(deformities ) found in x-ray.
esr is 53/hr
CRP is high.
no h/o D.M,or Hyper tension.
Bowels - normal

Positive family history of A.S.....
