Hello Doctors! I am a new member in your Ayurvedic consultant's family.
I have a female pt,age50,is suffering from thyroid adenomas -bil.,2 adenomas on Rt lobe,one on lt ,about 5/6 mm,except (mild)allergic rhinitis she doesn'thave any other complaints.regarding thyroid also no complaint.p/84,bp 110/70
t3t4tsh,cbc,bls f/pp wnl
h/o DU perforation 8/10 yrs back.
c/o hyperacidity after having,spicy,oily food.
I cant start Kanchnar guggul due to this acidity problem,
Plz guide me regarding her line of treatment.
