Respected doctors,
A female patient,age 35,came with swelling under the eyes.she c/o redness and burning in that place even with touch or when washed with water.no abnormality found in the eyes or sinusus.
and itching and dryness in right hand fingers,mainly in ring finger.last 10 days back she had redness and swelling in that finger and after application of some fungal ointment it came down.
no h/o of H.T,D.M,or thyroid problem.and also no h/o this problem before.
sleep normal,tongue nirama,bowels normal.
occupation- teacher
the problem started 2 months back.first it started as black discolouration under the eyes and itching due to dryness.there after it started swelling and became red.
Is that due to chalk powder allergy?
plz give your valuable suggestions on this case.
