A lady age about 36yrs having pitta-vata prakruti complaining of numbness in both legs & difficulty to walk since last 4-5years...She had done all blood investigation & X ray spine,legs, MRI spine USG abd pelvic but all reports r normals except serum vit B12 level is below normal..Now she has difficulty to lift up her legs quickly thats why her gait has changed & take more time to walk a small distance...she also had vericose veins...I hav just started Bruhatvatchintamani 2gm+chopchini churna 25gm +guduci churna 25gm +nagarmotha churna 25gm make 30doses & adviced to take 1 BD with amrutarishta....khreebala tail(101) for nasya...Mahanarayan tail for snehan..Dashamularishta 30ml BD...Majjbasti for 11 days....Anything to add the tratment...pls give ur valuable suggestions...thank U........
