sir a pt aged about 48yrs male presented with c/o HT(170/110) with symptoms of fatigue and lack of energy. general info about pt.. average built,vegetarian,no alcohol,non smoker wt 75 kg ....investigations are as follows:

T.S.LIPIDS 725
S.CRETININE 1.61 mg/dl
FBS 138 mg/dl
s uric acid 7.2 mg/dl
pt seems to be more affected by investigation report rather than the symptoms ..being treated with nebicard-sm od and advised dietery control for the rest of the meladies.....
Vadyagan please advise diet regimen as well as treatment.....
