I have a 3.5yrs old child pt having severe constipation.He passes stools after every 4 days which is very hard.He has pain while passing stools.No other complaints.His appetite is good.I have given him abhayarishtam 2tsp with 1pinch of vara (trifala)churnam,which was not at all effective for him .kindly advice...
