ALOPECIA.

a lady aged 50 yrs. came to me with alopecia problem,she is suffering frm hair fall.i have started arogyua vardhini vati,mahamanjishthadi kwath,khadirarishta and local application of nariyal oil mixed with kapur and neem paste.i want to ask here that should i do shirodhara in such case,and if yes then with waht drug,is trfla kwath can be choice.?plz. make it clear.thanks.....
