AUTISM

a male baby 8 years old born of a normal delivery at the age of three years parents noticed that child was very hyperactive and took him to doctor. his mri was normal bera test was normal IQ 35 SQ47. tone N reflexes N. repitive behaviour positive poor social interaction sensitive to some sounds. does not eat self. hearing only to certain sounds door bell etc. sings songs of his own choice. no seizures head size is normal.diagnosed autosim with hyperactivity.
on examination his pulse is vatic and non cooperative behaviour. kindly suggest treatment....
