PAIN IN HAND.

a lady aged 41 yrs.is suffering frm severe pain in shoulder region up to fingers,doctors says this is frozen shoulder,she thinks that she is having this pain due to heavy wt lifting on that shoulder before some time,she feels like her nerves become prominent in night and she feels agonising pain,after takin physiotherapy with local snehan swedan,she has no relief.so kindly guide me,what i should do now.....
