MULTIPLE LYMPHADENOPATHY AND FEVER

29 yr old male complaints of persistent fever along with enlargement of axillary lymph nodes. 
PET SCAN shows 
1)enlarged left parotid lymph node measuring 10mm
2) Bilateral small level II lymphnodes
3) Multiple enlarged left infraclavicular(10mm), subpectrol(16mm) and left axillary(14mm) lymphnodes
4)few subcenter pretracheal lymphnodes.
5) ground glass opacities noted in the left lower lobe(LUNGS)
6)Tiny hepatic cysts
7) billateral renal calculi
8)mild dorsal scoliosis with apex at D7 vertebral level and convexity to right.
The ESR has been steadily increasing for the 3 months and is now 32mm, Neutrophils is 82.2% 
tHE PATIENT WAS BITTEN BY A CAT 4 MONTHS BACK.
I request the emminent panel of Vaidhyas tosuggest the best line of treatment.......
