a patient of 45 yrs old 9 yrs ago he got his kidney failed due to alchol intake daily.....than his kidney transplated.now 6 months ago his whole body got swollen up due to deposition of fluid in subcutaneous tissue,and especially periorbital area than his one eye got damaged.than his eye ectoy done...and he got fever i dont know why he got fever after operation .he got fever for 7 months....means any microorganism is present in his body.now condition is thathis urea is 240 creatinine is 4.9.....
