i feel this is an important issue. if we dont find a good solution and dont adopt suitable measures then the future availability of ayurvedic herbs is a big question mark.with increasing world market for ayurvedic herbs, what is happening now is herbs have been vanishing out of their natural environment.uncontrolled poaching is happening.several herbs are disappearing in the ghat region and foot hills of himalayas. several trees like devadaru has been cut .pharmacy companies and mncs are doing these things. as part of ayurveda community we need to think about this.what could be possible solution in future?....
