55 years old male reported with the following chief complaints.
1. Loose motion with gaseous distension on & off at least once in a month since 6 years.
2. Cramps at the muscles of the legs after little bit of more physical exercise like walking etc. since 3years.
3. Pain in right knee since 3 years.
