BALANITIS

a 70 year old male non diabetic, hypertensive came to me three years ago with chief complaint of burning at the tip of glans. urine examination was normanl. no pus cells. all blood purifiers, kshars and asav arishts were tried to no result for about 8 months. VDRL was negative. small pin head sized eruptions were seen on glans with base of granulated cells in red colour. then he went for allopathy who said it is due to prostate which was operated. but chief complaint remained same. tests for malignancy were normal. later went to skin dr. who diagnosed balanitis and treated for 4 months complaints subsided but not cured. he reverted to ayurvedic treatment with me. i tried classic and patent medicines along with alkalisers. to no relief. now symptoms are not static but they reoccur with same frequency and intensity as before. raw nes and burning at tip persists un abated. suggest treatment.....
