PSORIASIS

A male baby aged 4 years is having psoriasis from last two years which keeps on appearing and getting cured time and again. Today he came to me with fulminant picture whole body involved with huge scales itchy thick crusts in head. Restlessness with vaatic nature predominant.
What can be offered to such small baby in such poor shape......
