One amongst the innovative method which I follow in my practice, in manipulating the Janu sandhi, when afflicted with blockage of pranic energy has been, with some efforts, tried being explicit in the following embedded ppt.
(The very nature of the session of marma pidana requires to be swift,since it involves certain painful manipulations. Hence, symbolically to represent the swift nature of the work to be done, I have used a song sequence from one of Rajnikanth's tamil film.
