I wan suggestion from all seniour a case of renal transplant 8yr back last few month he suffered by TB infection after taking ATT again renal function decreesed at present cr 9 an bun 63, urine output vry less, haemodialysis 2 times in wk. i wan to know what treatment difference between own kidney and transplanted kidney falliure beoz so many immenusepressive drug aiven to tranplanted kidney patient.Treatment point is also discussed according to experiance of transplanted renal patient........
