This is a case of a 19 year old girl who has come to me with a H/O seizures and fainting; no frothing since 6 years.
It started with onset of her menstrual cycle and episodes occur at the time of menstrual cycle.
There is no clear H/O injury or any other systemic affliction. No UTI; Fever either.
The episodic association with the menstrual cycle is bewildering and i am not able to make a clear move in the right direction.
I have for the moment given her Mentat tablets twice daily and ashwagandharishtha, sarasvata churna and smriti sagar ras.
However, I feel this is incomplete. Kindly guide me on the likely association and the direction to proceed.......
