Dear sir/madam,
a young man aged about 32 yrs is suffering from male infertility since 8 years.
INVESTIGATION FINDINGS : his sperm analysis shows AZOOSPERMIA, i,e sperm count nil. motility nil.
ultra sound abdomen showed left testis varicocele ( mild ) clinically varicocele is not evident / not palpable. all other hormonal levels are within normal limits. SPERMATOGENESIS IS THERE / production of sperms is present.
treatment history : received allopathy treatment treatment for 2 years , homeopathy for 1 year , ayurvedic treatment for 6 months, all his efforts are went into vain.
urologist opinion : there might be an obstruction in the passage which is causing Azoospermia ,hence patient needs surgery. patient is reluctant to go for surgery as the success rate if surgery is 20 % only ( what is that obstruction is not specified other than varicocele )........
