OCCULT BLOOD IN STOOL

age-23yrs
c/c- numbness in legs & arms x 20 days
frequncy of stool - 2-3 times/day x 6months
on examination- tenderness in whole abdomen, mild hepatomegaly, face paller with blackish spots on face(melasma), loss of apetite,
when drinks milk thers is start of lose stools
no h/o DM, htn, TB
INVESTIGATIONS - 
Hb- 9.2
Pbf- microcytic hypochromatic anaemia others blood elements are normals
Usg - report shows mild hepatomegaly
stool test- shows mucoid, lose,
cysts of giardia.......
