Hi respected vaidyas,one patient around 60 yrs came to me wt c/o burning in both feet since a yr,pain in both knee,.h/o hystrectomy 15 yrs back,o/e vericose veins both calf from 2-3 yrs,slight oedema around ankle jt,no fever,BP normal,No anaemia,Urine-nor investigations- no DM,Ca levels normal 
I have started her avipattikar choorna,kamdudha & audumbaravaleha,wt shatadhauta ghrita massage.plz what else would u suggest regarding panchkarma
She was taking VIT.E & Triptomer.thnnx.....
