Hi All, I have a 1 year 6 month old child with swelling in the right side of the neck which is increasing in size gradually since 2 months, now developed swelling in the occipital area and also on the right knee. History of fever 1 month ago. Also, child has developmental delay unable to stand, FNAC report of swelling neck suggestive of acute inflammatory lymphadenitis and also blood report suggest leucocytosis.
