BHASMAK ROG IN OLD AGE

I have 86 yrs old male patient. he is suffered from bhasmak rog.for last three months.His H.b. is 13gm he hypertension patient.he is on allopathic treatment.Presently Tazloc 40 for OD
He is asking for meal every 2 hours.He like to eat sweets.please suggest suitable teratment for him.........
