DIAGNOSE

a lady patient aged 40yrs complains of left lower leg pain since 6yrs all sort of investigations like MRI,blood tests like cbc,esr, urea,creat,uric acid,vitd3,serum electrolytes,RA,crp,etc is done all reports are normal pain is mainly aggrevated at mid night around 3 pm.pain is not present generally at day.she has disturbed sleep even she has the habit of eating pan.kindly diagnose and suggest the line of treatment.....
