i want your valuable opinions on the following case.
this is a male 60 years old.he came to me for just knee pains. but gradually started telling me rest of the problems too.
he had some fainting episode 2 years back and treating dr started epilepsy treatment.he is a retired principal of a school. when i talked to the patient he told me history of heavy alcohol in take the previous night which he just avoided to divulge coz of presence of his staff members that time.
i think epilepsy med was wrongly started that time. but any way.
he is not diabetic or hypertensive. motions appetite body weight every thing is alright. except acidity some times.
he was suffering from low grade fever since few days and marked tiredness in body.
montoux was positive in investigations rest there was a patch in x-ray.....
