DIAGNOSE

i have a pt aged 45yrs complains of pain in the rt wrist joint associated with swelling he says it swelling and pain dislodges from one site to another site like from wrist to knee or in middle finger of the right hand this problem is from 5 yrs he has taken allopathy treatment but temporary relief kindly diagnose and suggest the line of treatment.....
