hello dear docyors.. i have a case of venous ulcer. a patient 40 year old had two large ulcer's (bigger one - 5c.m in diameter appox.. and smaller one - about 2c.m in diameter.. i m treating the patient since last three months.. after the treatment the bigger one is now appox 2 c.m in diameter and smaller is cured... but now the recovery has been stoped.. and i m confused what to start now.... please suggest me the treatment so that recovery should start again......
