Patient X of about 25 years old complains of Extreme burning sensation during defecation which remains for about 4-5 hours even after defecation. Digital examination and proctoscopy revealed nothing significant. Colonoscopy report reveals a single rectal ulcer in rectal mucosa about diameter of 2-4 cms.
I have tried jatyadi ghrit (orally as well as in the form of vasti) and pittashamak chikitsa but no persistent result.
