Namaste all the vaidyas, want ur valuable suggessions on this case,This patient has come to me with c/o HEAVINESS ON RT SIDE OF CHEST & ABD SINCE 2 MNTHS,BURNING ON & OFF SOMETIMES ITCHING,HEADACHE
H/O RASH ON BACK LT GROIN bt he is telling that there were no symptoms of classical herpez as we see, it then resolved within 2-3 days thn he started having tightness burning after 2-3 weeks of that episode,He went to a physician who gave him muscle relaxants,analgesics,bt he didn't get relief,then he went to another physician who gave him TAB NERVMAX nw he is having it from a month bt whenever he stops taking nxt day again his symptoms starts
H/O GASTRITIS,on medication
NO OTHER MED/SURGICAL/ALLERGY HISTORY
