Dear friends,
I strongly believe that, each and every case is unique and important to us to gain the experience and to learn the art of clinical practice. To diagnose any disease, symptoms and its interpretation by the treating physician is essential to come to any conclusion or to give the suitable treatment. This is usual practice. But in some cases you have to assess the condition of the patient by a single symptom or group of symptoms which at that particular point of time, may not be suggesting the actual disease but ...could be a warning sign before catastrophe. Because all long term, dangerous and untreatable diseases are more or less start with the symptoms like fever, cough, head ache and vomiting etc. The wise physician comes to conclusion either by his experience or by applying clinical knowledge (Nadi Pariksha, Tri vidha Pariksha, etc). Sometimes case studies can be very interesting, at the same time they might be confusing and look just like a puzzle. Solving a puzzle in books gives utmost joy to kids. But unveiling the mystery of real life puzzles gives much more satisfaction to any physician......
