Dear friends,
“History taking should be chronological and conclusive...!!!” This should be the title of this case study ...But at the last moment I have changed it to the present one. Sometimes patients forget to tell the actual events ...and some other times, doctors come to conclusions too early and provide treatment accordingly which always provides a stopgap management. The things which we see or observe in the patients may not be conclusive all the time. One must investigate the case with proper interrogation. In changing times, nobody is having time and patience to ask the patient regarding his previous illness. Most of the time, history of present/previous illness and symptoms and signs related to the disease is often overlooked by us in a hurry. ......
