Mahamanjishtadhi kashyam is often prescribed for varicosity ..but it's phal struthi says it works on kaphal kustha
Does it mean that it works on upper part of the body only (seat of kapha)
Do we need to find some other vaat samak oushadhi like rasanadhi/sahacharadhi
