KNEE PAIN

A lady aged 46 hypertensive and not diabetic. Complaints of acute knee pain since 1 year. Numbness of hands also ensuing from last one month.MRI allignment of bones N.A hyperintense signal on T2 weighted images in medial and lateral condyles of tibia. Hypointense on T1. s/o OA changes. Menisco tibial and menisco femoral separation of ant. and post horns medial meniscus. Multiple cystic lessions are seen on medial head of gastrocnemius muscle. Mild effusion of left knee.synovial thickening of left knee.
Suggest proper line of treatment.....
