Dear friends,
I would like to wish all the doctors and the working force behind this beautiful web site...A MERRY CHRISTMAS.... I don't know... Why people say, “Merry Christmas” why not “Happy Christmas”??? (I think people from UK and US are more inclined to say “Merry Christmas” and other people (Ireland and some regions of UK) might be comfortable saying “Happy Christmas”. Another explanation would be one's preference of usage of old and new English accordingly...anyway... it's not our topic...today)
From the past 2 weeks I was posting case studies where we require lots of time and lots more home work before coming to any conclusion...this time I refrain myself from posting any such heavy duty case studies. So today I want to discuss a case in which I was under influence of some known diseases while treating the patient....for some cases you need simple soch and simple approach rather thinking too much and getting nothing in response. It's an art and I imbibed a little bit by observing my teachers and senior doctors. (I owe everything to them).....
