Presenting Complaints:
Right hip pain, difficulty in walking due to pain since 1yr.
Also mild buttock pain , muscular pain right upper thigh medial compartment, pain on getting up from sitting posture.
Insidious onset, No H/o diarrhea, dysuria, enthsitis, uveitis......
