Respected doctors, I have two almost similar cases of genital T.B.
case 1: married since 8 yrs.has not conceived yet.her ovulation is also not proper.sha is taking allipathic treatment for ovulation as well as is on anti tubercular drugs since 13 months.her tests for genital T.B are still positive. pls suggest some treatment fo her.she is very depressed and still under treatment from a reputed hospital in delhi.
case no 2: married since 2 yrs taking treatment for genital T.B since 6 months.her prolactin levels were found high. took tab cabergolin as per instructions of her gynaec.I dont have panchkarma facility but still I can go for snehan, swedan and uttar vasti
I have thought of giving Phal ghrita ,swarna makshik bhasma and hem gharbha potlirasa.I need your suggestions for line of treatment.......
