Thanks. 36 yrs Male normotensive nondiabetic patient approached with the complaints of oozing of pus, mild pain along with blackish discolouration of bilateral toes since 3 yrs. Previously he was suffering with severe pain and was unable to move both lower limbs. But after some allopathic treatments (steroids and other medicines) now much improved but still problem remains the same.
His CT Angiography done on 20/1/12 reveals: Peripheral Vascular Disease with occlusion of Rt. PTA (Right Posterior Tibial Artery).Distil Rt. ATA (Anterior tibial artery), and left profounda femoral artery. Patient also having accessory renal artery. ......
