CASE OF BENIGN PAROXYSMAL POSITIONAL VERTIGO

A male patient age 38yr was suffering from BPPV(POSITIONAL VERTIGO),b.p-130/90,depression,more vertigo when wake up from bed or looking downward ...other pathological report ,ct scan,eeg and mri of head is normal.pt. ear examination report is also normal.pt. already taken brahmi vati,cap.stress com and sarswatarishta...but there is no relief..plz suggest ur valuable opinion abt treatment.......
