I think after chyavanprash ashwagandha is the most popular drug in ayurveda n in public as well,having wide range of indications, no doubt it has a broad sprectrum but can it be use safely i n the FERTILE AGE OF FEMALE patints.
How long it may be given safely?
What r known advers effect?
Is there any reference of contraindiction?
Is it contraindicated as single or in formulation? ......
