One of my patient aged about 42 had complaints of sneezing,cough with expectoration,cold,headache,burning sensation of eyes,water in eyes, sinus pain since 10 to 12 years especially in cold seasons she was dignosed to have sinusitis and taken allopathic treatments first then switched to ayurvedic treatment taken nasya karma septilin tablets syrup etc.but from few years after changing place she is getting recurrent attacks of wheezing which she never had before.Many times she even got admitted to hopsital due to exhacerbation of wheezing.Nowdays she explains me she has became so much sensitive she cant come out without mask whenever she gets exposed to breeze cold weather or dusts she will get attacks of wheezing and says her immunity power has come down completely.She is even having B/L knee arthritis she is on ayurvedic treatmnt for that.she even had constipation and piles problem but not at present.Iprescribed her septilin syrup,tab n talisadi,sito,abhraka choornas and haridra khandam to take she is already taking talisapatraadi avalehyam and some oil to put on head she dont know the name prescribed by another ayurvedic doctor she says.it seems she is having a tridoshaja prakruthi.Gives h/o of copd in her father that to in his old age he is no more now.Please guide me how to treat this case.
