LUMBAR STENOSIS

Respected vaidyas,
I have a 55 yr old male suffering with pain in low back radiating to the right leg since 2 yrs.
o/e swelling in both legs,
scoliosis seen
h\o htn since 10 years
LAMINECTOMY done 1 year back without much success.
MRI-L4-L5; GROSS SECONDORY CANAL STENOSIS PRODUCING SIGNIFICANT IMPRESSION ON THECAL SAC
