dear docs..i have a obese female pt aged 45yrs with severe joint pains (generalised)almost bed ridden RA +VE s.uric acid iwith in normal limits esr raised hb 10 gm%...treated by different doctors previousy with allopathic medicines....i started with cp arthrum+swarn gugul+maharasnaadi kwath+gokshuraadi gugul and maha narayan tail locally but with not desirable results...please advise......
